By renting a vehicle from Car Rack LLC, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following:

• We reserve the right to remotely disable or immobilize a vehicle in the event of suspected theft, unauthorized use, non-payment, or violation of rental terms

You acknowledge that fraudulent chargebacks or disputes that are determined to be invalid may result in referral to collections, civil action, and/or reporting to applicable fraud databases. We reserve the right to recover all costs associated with fraudulent chargeback activity.

By submitting a photo or selfie through our platform or any integrated verification service, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your biometric data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Biometric data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein and will be handled in accordance with applicable state biometric privacy laws.

9. AI Fraud Detection

We utilize AI-assisted fraud detection and risk assessment systems that may analyze the information you provide, including identity documents, payment data, and behavioral signals, to assess rental risk, detect fraud, and make eligibility determinations.
